2. Hotel Reservations

When making a reservation through our website, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by A5 Hotel.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Payment policies, including deposits, cancellation fees, and applicable charges, may vary depending on the selected rate type and will be clearly presented during the booking process.

3. Payment Terms

By executing a payment, the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the agreement with Bank of Georgia and United Payment Georgia LLC governing the provision of payment services.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the aforementioned Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. Therefore, for each specific transaction, the User is responsible for independently reviewing the Terms and Conditions effective at the moment of payment. By proceeding with the payment, the User confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of the transaction.

The Cardholder must also comply with all requirements established by applicable legislation and any instructions provided by Bank of Georgia.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.

• Standard reservations may generally be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
• Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified and are subject to full charge.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting through this website any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable material that may violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Modifications to Terms

A5 Hotel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
